When the Teutonic Knight woke up the first thing he saw was the violin of the Piano-girl.
It reminded him that he had to give it back to her today. He groaned loudly and got up then. He took the violin, his prey and set off for Austria’s house.
While he was walking he was thinking of a way to give it back to Austria without losing his cool. Maybe he shouldn’t just give it back. Maybe he should demand something from the girl in return. But just what? It had to be something that really annoyed her. Maybe he should asked her if he could play something on her piano and then he would make loud and horrible noises with the piano. Kesesese ~ That would surely annoy the little Piano-girl. What a great plan.



Switzerland slept in Austria’s house tonight. He didn’t want to leave him alone like this. Austria was his best friend and he liked him the way he was, but he wished, for the boy’s own good, that he would become a bit stronger and less girlish. He stood up and sneaked into Austria’s bed room. His friend seemed to be awake already. At least he was sitting in his bed. Switzerland wondered what Austria was thinking at that moment, because even though he couldn’t see his face expression he could tell that his friend was thinking about something. If he would have to guess he would say, that he was thinking about Hungary. And of course he was right. Austria was really thinking about Hungary. He really liked that girl. He liked her very much. She was so strong, but she didn’t bully him. She was always so nice and friendly to him and helped him when Switzerland wasn’t there to get him out of trouble. He asked himself what the girl might think about him. If she liked him too?
